Bridget Golob

Intern

Bridget, a native of Los Angeles, is a current intern at Evidence for Development. She is pursuing an MA in Conflict, Security & Development at King’s College London. This June, she graduated cum laude from Dartmouth College with a BA in Geography and Romance Languages and a minor in Government.

Bridget has worked on development and capacity-building projects in Nicaragua, Peru and Tanzania related to environmental sustainability, health, emergency management and food security. Last year, she served as a policy intern with the U.S. Federal Emergency Management Agency. She speaks French and Spanish and is learning Swahili.

Bridget broadly aspires to use her experience in development and policy to pursue a career shaping improved global engagement. She is excited to be supporting Evidence for Development’s work on poverty assessment and policy research. Some of her projects will be based on promoting digital engagement and advocacy.
